* Currently our store does not offer refunds; only exchanges at this time.
In order to receive an exchange you MUST ship all returnable item(s) back to us within 10 business days from the day that you received your package. All orders that have exceeded this time frame become a FINAL SALE item. Policy strictly enforced.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
1 Pack and secure your order in their original package with packing slip included
2 Take the package to any carrier of your choice and purchase a return label.
(The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility.)
*Note: If you'd like to purchase a return label through us for $4.00 you can do so. This is more affordable than doing it through your local post office for this option email us pkidchickscollection@gmail.com or send $4 payment to https://paypal.me/pkccollection if your return has been approved.
3 Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you're set!

Once we've received your package, our Exchange Department will contact you via email to further proceed with the exchange. (A $4.00 re-shipment fee is required to re-ship exchanges, this fee can be paid via https://www.paypal.me/pkccollection )
If there is a defect with the item(s) you have received we will gladly replace your item and pay for the shipping both ways, just email us.
